Q: I can't find what I'm looking for in the main tabs or any sub tabs.
A: There are some categories that do not appear in the Main Tabs. However, searching the Keywords field for what you are looking for may display a list with the types of contacts you desire. As these categories become more popular, and we attain more listings for them, we will make them available in the Sub Tabs in future releases.
Q: I'm already listed in the Showbiz Directory, but I would like to update my information. How much does that cost?
A: There is no charge for updating the text portions of your listing. If you would like to place an ad/image next to your listing, or replace your current ad/image with a new one if, there is a fee for that. If you are currently within your specified advertising contract period there is no charge for changing or altering images.
Q: I want to place an image next to my listing. What are some examples of what can go there?
A: The image area next to your listing can be used for more than just an ad. Actors can use it for head shots, Set Designers can display a photo of their best work, etc. Whatever you want to put there, as long as it is in good taste. EPI reserves the right to refuse to use any image for any reason. Examples of images refused would include, but is not limited to, obscene or pornographic images.
Q: How do I place a new listing or update an old one?
A: You can place a listing, update your listing or purchase advertising through the site like you would at any other online merchant. Simply place the advertising item you want in your shopping cart and check out. Once you have purchased your item an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to submit your information and artwork. Most orders are posted to the site within 2 business days.
Q: How do I add or update the ad/image next to my listing?
A: You may change or update your advertising artwork as many times as you like during the span of your advertising contract. Just email us with your artwork in the specified size and we'll put it up, usually within 2 business days.
Q: What are the image specs for the ads next to the listings
A: 440w X 265h (in pixels). RGB, 72dpi, 25k max JPG or GIF format only.
